Volunteering

We are looking for volunteers to help us deliver this exciting project.

We will be running workshops to support and train our volunteers. If you would like to apply to be one of our volunteers please fill out the application form.

We are looking for people who are 16+ who can assist in the following areas:

Oral history interviewing
Engagement and technical skills for researching and recording oral histories.

Photography
Documenting events, and the exhibition.

Digitisation
Digitising photographic negatives and prints from the collections we work with.

Research
Sourcing and follow-up potential participants with photography collections and stories they want to share.

Helping with the archives
with the selection of images for the archives and for the final exhibition.

Helping with the final exhibition
to put together the final exhibition, helping with the installation and doing some invigilating.
