Photographic Collections and Family Albums
The images hidden in our family albums, stored away in shoeboxes, and treasured in the collections of local enthusiasts, can offer rich perspectives on our rapidly changing society.
In this section we have started to share examples of the many wonderful collections that people have shared with us as part the project. We are already working with many collections and we will be sharing extracts of these alongside their stories during the course of this project.
Do you have a family album or a collection of photographs that have been taken in the Black Country that you think needs to be celebrated and preserved? Please do get in touch with us and let us know. You can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
